Personality Assessment in Police Selection
In the latest episode of The Science of Personality Podcast, Ryne and Blake are joined by Dr. Chase Winterberg, a Talent Analytics Consultant on Hogan’s Data Science team, to discuss a new paper he and former podcast guest, Dr. Peter Harms, published on the use of personality assessment as part of the police selection process. Much of Chase’s work at Hogan is aimed to support law enforcement agencies’ efforts to make personnel improvement toward better social justice initiatives, and he’s also a member of Hogan’s Law Enforcement Task Force.
